2. Age Requirement

Tampa Cigar Week is strictly a 21+ event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry at all venues. No exceptions will be made. Tickets are non-transferable to anyone under 21.

3. Ticket Purchases & Reservations

All ticket reservations made through this website are subject to availability. Submitting a reservation inquiry does not guarantee a ticket — your reservation is confirmed only after a member of our team contacts you and payment is received.

Ticket prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. All 2027 Tampa Cigar Week tickets are final at the rate purchased, regardless of any future price changes or promotions.

4. Payment Options

All ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Flexible payment options — including Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay — are available at checkout. By using a buy-now-pay-later service, you agree to the following:

• Payment terms and eligibility are determined by the selected provider (Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay)
• Your ticket is confirmed upon successful checkout
• Failure to complete scheduled payments is governed by the provider's terms of service
• Tampa Cigar Week is not responsible for disputes between you and the payment provider

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of plans, illness, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with the event.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another eligible attendee (21+) subject to the following conditions:

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event
• The transferee must meet all eligibility requirements (21+)
• Transfers must be approved by Tampa Cigar Week in writing

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Tampa Cigar Week is cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, government orders, or public health emergencies), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Refunds in the case of event cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Event Rules & Code of Conduct

By attending Tampa Cigar Week, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. The following rules apply at all event venues:

• Valid photo ID (21+) required at all times
• Smart casual to formal attire is expected — formal dress required for evening and gala events
• Disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal without refund
• Outside cigars and spirits may be restricted at certain venues per venue policy
• Photography and video are permitted for personal use; commercial use requires prior written consent
• Tampa Cigar Week reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at its sole discretion

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Tampa Cigar Week involves the consumption of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities, including known and unknown health risks. You confirm that you are attending willingly and that you are physically and legally able to participate in event activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tampa Cigar Week, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend the Event, use of this website, or any ticket transaction. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Tampa Cigar Week and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law
